I needed the Spa cleaned. Quick to respond. Arrive when they say they would! and went out of their way to help with replacing the UV lamp. Which was NOT easy. And sourcing and replacing a split O ring, when Spa World could not help!

Absolutely amazing service by Tim and the team at First Rate He turned my pool from black to blue in a matter of 3 days. Then my salt chlorinator broke and Tim sourced me one for a good price and installed next day. His quote was a lot less than other pool shops that quoted me. Stay away from the big guys and use first rate pools for a good experience. I’ve been burned a few times but the team at first Rate really saved my day.
